Hotel Establishment

Emblematic hotel: the hotel establishment that is located on a consolidated non-tourist urban land and whose building constitutes real estate that is part of the historical heritage of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, included in any of the instruments provided for in the article 15 of the law 4/1999, of 15 of March, of Historical Heritage of the Canary Islands or standard that replaces it.
